Amy Butala has been a life long crafter and hasn't found a craft yet that she hasn't enjoyed. She began her jewelry making odyssey in off-loom bead weaving in 2000. Since then, she has expanded her skills through classes at Brighton Beads & More to include other areas. She has been teaching beading basics, off-loom bead weaving and wire weaving since 2008. Her patient teaching style has many of her students returning for classes, eager to learn the newest styles and stiches.
During the day, Amy works in finance at a large university. Her other varied interests include music and continued exposure to new craft ideas, many which Amy tries to incorporate into her jewelry designing.
